How do I get tighter smooth skin on legs?
I used to have nice legs but now they arereally ugly and I’m soooo depressed – very depresed – no longer able to wear shorts or go to the beach with this loose crepey skin and wrinkly knees :
I work out a lot having radio frequency -carboxy therapy
But still staying loose crepey and oscillate with movements
I also have cellulite which goes ifvi pull my skin up- :
I’m 53 justleft a true marriiage
And scared for anyone tobse

Radio frequency and carboxy therapy are not only a waste of time and money, but also pose risks… especially the carboxy therapy.
Working out a lot can mean a number of things, but the key is doing a specific type of training method for the lower body trouble-zones and problem areas… Have you been doing me ULBHTM dvds or the Naked Beauty/SYMULAST Method? If not, you’ll want to explore those as your next step, for tightening and toning the lower-body… targeting the issues you’ve listed…
