If you think “anti-aging” is a pipe dream or a scammy gray area that can’t be real – I will say most of the time, you’re right, as there is an endless supply of trash, lies and scams out there – BUT, there are efforts we can take and actions to follow through on that do result in REAL anti-aging results, literal physical, mental, emotional, spiritual “age reversal”…

Sparking youthful rejuvenation of the body, the brain and our LIVES….

In this episode of The Fitness Truth Podcast, not only does Annie share her ultimate body & health victory of “finally figuring out her fitness with PROPER exercises and REAL nutrition” but we also cover:

1 – “Annie’s story” BEFORE she ever discovered me…

What was Annie’s fitness & nutrition journey like in the decades that she was “trying, trying, trying” ?

2 – How and when she discovered me? And why she was hooked in by my other cellulite success stories.

3 – What made her reach out to me to explore personal remote 1:1 fitness/health coaching?

4 – What goals she wanted to reach that she hadn’t been able to reach before finding me?

5 – What surprised her the most in regards to how she and I adjusted her nutrition from the first few weeks, up until she graduated and went on her own?

6 – What surprised her the most in regards to the style of fitness training we implemented in order to start getting the early improvements to happen?

7 – What obvious, “look in the mirror” changes she and her husband noticed since we started?

8 – What internal, medical improvements have taken place? ( the reduction in hormone meds, etc)

9 – Women are very in tune with this word and thing called “cellulite”… Annie shared specifically how she described her cellulite issues before we started and what those trouble-zones & problem-areas look like now?

Keep in mind she tried “blasting” her cellulite away with a damaging device with hard prongs on a stick with handles at the end, only to make it much worse, to a point where she thought her butt, thighs, legs and other problem areas were damaged for good and beyond repair. (We proved this wrong, btw.)

She nearly destroyed her healthy fascia and other structural components in and under her skin…

But we were able to fix the trauma and reverse the awful damage through PROPER fitness training & strong (and delicious) nutritional meals & snacks…

10 – From a functional perspective (gardening, work, playing with grandkids, running a hobby farm, still having “hanky panky time” with hubby, etc..) she shares how has her success has impacted all those other areas of her life.

11 – She mentioned this in our short preview clips, and we revisit the mental part of her success and how that’s helped her evolve (the mental peace thing, the self-esteem, the teaching, leading, example for others, the positive impact on her family etc.)

12 – Before we wrapped up – I asked what new clothing items she has shopped for – and what she is planning on shopping for very soon.

We talk about a few other unique & important items and helpful points as well – that any woman who cares about her body, her health, her self-esteem.. her LIFE – should see and hear right now…
