I understand about fats in the diet and find what you say to be empirically true. I am confused about carbohydrates versus processed carbohydrates. Is it OK to eat Dave’s killer bread either the 21 grains or the good seed variety? I know it’s supposedly OK to read the sprouted grains bread which doesn’t really have flour technically. Is chickpea pasta OK? I got interrupted on this video briefly by the horticulturist with whom I’ve worked for 27 years so I missed a little bit. I plan to replay from the beginning to be sure of what do you say about carbs. I added my questions anyway because they are so specific.
Thank you so much. And you and Nikki too I feel I have a friend.

I give up. I was almost to the point where I was interrupted when I pushed wrong button and the video disappeared I haven’t been able to get it back yet if you could answer my question sometime about bread and chickpea pasta I would be very grateful would be very grateful I am not of the net generation, obviously.
