Want to know what TRULY makes for an attractive woman?

..What makes a lady irresistibly gorgeous and deeply desirable?

I’m going to tell you what does right now….

But first – I want to share what DOES NOT….

It’s not a “perfect body”, with no imperfections, with no dimples, no flab, or blemishes…

It’s not a cover-model face….

It’s not beauty queen looks or celebrity smooth skin, without a ripple or dent anywhere…

It’s NOT a woman who “doesn’t’ have an ounce of fat” on her….

And it’s not a lady who has zero “cellulite” …

It’s none of that…

Here’s what makes for a truly desirable woman…

One who is active, capable, and able….

One who knows and sees her self-worth DESPITE “false imperfections” defined by warped cultural norms…

I’ve never been in a relationship with a “perfect bodied” woman…. they all had so-called “physical flaws” – and they never bothered me …(although other attributes may have!! lol.. )

I actually appreciated some of the so-called “body imperfections”…

…because the body is just the vehicle that carries the REAL person, the soul, the spirit through life…

What’s attractive to me, and other wise men (trust me there are a bunch out there if you’re still looking for one…) is a woman who is comfortable in her own skin, who KNOWS her beauty is much MORE than her external attributes…

There are MANY other powerful traits beneath the surface that can make any woman desirable – such as:

Overall Intelligence…

Smart women take proper care of their health – this is WILDLY attractive to wise men.

They can also communicate and interact in ways that show various dimensions and facets, which is extremely attractive and stimulating…

Emotional Intelligence…

Emotionally “self-aware” women have a magnetism that is very hard to ignore and hard to resist.

Self-Confidence…

A woman who is comfortable in “who she is”, knows her self-worth is more than other peoples’ opinion or judgement of her body or her “looks”, and sees herself for the Divine being she was created as, is powerfully attractive on many levels…

Self-Esteem… and Self-Respect

A woman who knows what she is worthy of and expects a certain level of standard in her life, is very alluring. She respects herself…

Grateful and Thankful…

A lady who values her life, is grateful for the gift of life she has been given, exhibits gratitude in her actions and how she treats people, and acknowledges a higher power of creation that is greater than herself (God, Divine Source, etc…) is profoundly attractive and desirable…

Your MOST attractive body is in your mind, your heart, your thoughts, YOUR OWN beliefs…

A woman who KNOWS her FULL self, all her attributes, seen and UNSEEN… and who lives life as a “whole woman” is deeply desirable, wildly attractive, incredibly irresistible and as beautiful as one can be…

A lady with that kind of Divine beauty doesn’t need to be “physically perfect by superficial cultural standards” and the mass mentality fueled by twisted media and the easily swayed collective mindset of society…

No… REAL beauty is FAR MORE than the texture of your skin, or your exact percentage of body-fat, or the condition of your trouble-zones…

It’s your attitude, your personality…

…your zest for life, your self-awareness, your poise…

…your strength, your self-care, your kindness…

…your strong morals and values, your respect for the gift of life you’ve been given, which is exhibited by HOW you live your life and how you treat others…

Are you starting to understand now?

If not, here’s one more thing…

The average height of American men is 5’9″

5’6″ for a man is considered short or “small in stature”…

Well, I’m 5’1″ on a good day….and that’s probably never going higher, lol…

Think about that for a second….

But wait, there’s more…

The average height of American WOMEN is 5’4″

Yeah!! I’m even shorter than the average height of women!

But guess what… It doesn’t bother me.

It’s actually a HUGE advantage for me.

You know why?

Because I chose to make it an advantage…. DESPITE societal norms, stupid attempts of humor at my expense and shallow, ineffective insults over the years.

See, from a very early age, God would show me signs that my height is one of my powerful positive attributes. (this was his exact plan.)

And I’d get messages to “look deeper”, “look within”… “there is much more to you than just your height”, “trust me, I made you this way on purpose”…

And I trusted this from a young age.

Those ‘messages’ continued to reinforce the truths I knew that resided in me…

I was more than my height….

I realized my spirit had no limits…

My intelligence could increase forever, if I chose to develop it (which I have an never ending thirst to keep doing..)

My heart could have a never ending supply of love and generosity…

My humor, wit and charm could never be limited…

My ideas, success, and personal growth could never be capped off…

My positive impact on the world can never be limited…

So despite being considered extremely “short” by the weak shallow standards of our culture – I am much larger than my physical dimensions…

…my presence exceeds my physical size…

…my energy, vibes and goodwill emanate endlessly from this physical body…

…and that is what is felt by others who get to know me for a few minutes….

…because my height made me “look deeper” to discover the true strengths & hidden gifts I was blessed with, and more meaningful attributes of a person…

And these are what I aim to bring to the world daily… as it has become obvious to me that those God-given attributes are the ones that matter the most… and my height – the least.

Go figure.

So I ask you… How do you see yourself?

How do you think of yourself?

WHAT do you place importance on?

And for that matter – how about when you see or think of other people?

There’s is more to people than meets the eye, IF they should choose to become more than what is seen by only looking at the reflection in the mirror…

The outside is just the wrapper- what’s inside is where all the magic, mystery and miracles are found… if you should choose to go seek them, develop them and live them outwardly…

That’s the secret to your MOST attractive body – the secret to being the MOST attractive WHOLE person you can be… (if you missed it, read it again slowly… and then go on to PART 1 below…

When I mention Increasing Victory (you may have seen that in the last few updates, here and there…

This is yet another example of what we are talking about…

Your fitness and nutrition efforts CANNOT be fueled by vanity only..

You WILL NOT increase life victories by focusing only on your appearance…. (this will result in MANY painful defeats…)

You CANNOT simply want to “look good” and “be attractive” as your only goals for your exercise and proper eating lifestyle…

Like many others who are victimized daily… you will crash and burn… MANY times. ….you may have experienced that already.

But there is still hope…

You simply MUST have bigger “reasons why” you want to be in better shape..

…meaningful reasons why you want “your best body”…. (like Robin’s powerful example below)

FOR EXAMPLE:

Meaningful Reasons Why:

1 – Do you want to prevent osteoporosis so you don’t fall and break a hip, further leading you to be sedentary and unable to participate in life?

2 – Would you like to keep your brain operating at peak capacity, have all your wits and senses and be able to pursue all your hobbies, work and things you enjoy?

3 – How about being a source of strength and support for your friends, family, community… Instead of being a burden… one that needs help, assistance, aid and monitoring?

4 – Want to prevent heart disease, diabetes, sarcopenia and many other preventable diseases and dysfunctions?

5 – How about pelvic health?

Want to control your bladder so you can travel?

Still have some Hanky-Panky? ?

Keep yourself out of pain and full of life?

6 – What about anxiety and mental health?

Want to drop anxiety to minimum levels and boost your mindset so you enjoy life, think CLEARLY and be a fully functioning adult?

7 – Want to be active, capable and ready to do all the thing in life you want to do?

Without restriction, worry or high-risk?

8 – How about honoring the miraculous gift of LIFE you’ve been blessed with and taking care of it as if it’s the MOST valuable thing you’ve been given.

Hint — IT IS!!

Those are just some examples of where your motivations have to come from….

And here’s the IRONICALLY beautiful thing…

When you make those kinds of powerful things your focus… YOUR BODY IMPROVES…

YES!!

You look better, more fit, firm, toned, HEALTHIER and YOU FEEL IT!!

Hello everyone,

It’s been a very long time since I’ve posted in here, but finally, here I am…

I wanted to share an experience from this past winter when I had a HUGE aha moment on the ski hill at Sugarbush, Vermont (visiting from Canada) with my partner, my brother and nephew.

At that point, I had been doing Joey’s Day 1 – Lower-Body: Level 1 ULBHTM Floor/Mat Session AND Standing Session – the full 1 hour 15 minutes every 3 days for a while.

So, when my competitive, provocative brother lead us to a double black diamond, the rubber really hit the road.

It had been years since I’d tackled such a daunting run, but surprise, surprise, I was able to gracefully make my way down almost as fast as them!

Imagine how I felt keeping up with my 17 year old nephew who’s a ski instructor – at the age of, well… well over 50!

When we finally got down near the bottom, I asked my brother how he thought I did (since I only get to ski about twice a year)… and in true “brother” fashion he pauses, starts turning away to push off his skis and head to the chair lift – and mutters back, “exceeded expectations.”

Well… I can’t tell you what those two simple words meant to me! Hahahah…..

I had no awareness around the true strength that I had built up in my legs working with Joey Atlas Gennusa since the pandemic began, but this was sheer proof!

==> Moral of the story… perhaps many of us came here to rid ourselves of cellulite, but the added benefit, or dare I say, the bigger benefit… is the incredible energy and vitality and youthfulness that it’s given me.

Looks aren’t everything – but energy… nothing can replace how important that is.

At 63, Annie’s Getting Fit, Toned, Healthy, Strong and HAPPY as Ever!

In all my years of private fitness/health coaching, one of the most painful things to witness is…

Seeing a person who has been a prisoner of their body for most of their life.

You may know someone like that. Maybe a family member… or maybe even you…

I’ve been there myself too.

Yes, even me… I’m human.

BUT, that personal experience has given me the unique insight, deep empathy and ‘magic’ power required to help people break free of their own “body prison”…

There’s no question I’ve been gifted from someplace much higher and far greater than myself…

And being able to deliver the help is incredibly rewarding on many levels, and I’m thoroughly grateful for having the unique ability.

…Which takes us to today’s PROFOUND example and lesson of proof…

You may have seen me mention Annie (63 at the time of this) in the last few emails, working on her “2-Month Reflection Letter”…

In case you missed any of the previous reflection letters from other clients – a reflection letter is something I usually ask most clients to write, around the 1, 2 or 3 month mark…

Some clients I have wait a bit longer depending on circumstances and timelines….

What these reflection letters do is bring deep awareness and concrete truth to how far a client has come in their early coaching plans with me.

They also serve as one of the key elements that cements and “locks in” each client’s success for LIFE.

And with permission, I like to share these reflection letters with others so that the proof and power can become a catalyst for others to achieve their own success in ways they never thought possible..

So, today, I share Annie’s VERY powerful and inspiring “3-Month Reflection Letter”…

It was supposed to be at month #2, but with her super-busy schedule, we needed to move it to month 3…

Nonetheless – this one will last a lifetime.

Hi, I’m Annie Camp and I’ve been working as a one-on-one remote private coaching client of Joey’s for about three months now.

I’m 63 years young and this is my 3-month Reflection Letter, requested by Joey to share how far I’ve come so far.

One of my passions in life is to challenge preconceived notions about “aging”, take advantage of all the information we’ve learned about health & longevity and put it into practice to get the results and benefits.

I believe we don’t have to accept decline, I say let’s outsmart it! Let’s redefine aging. I decided to embark on a coaching plan with Joey to help me do exactly that.

I’ve been working out more or less for over thirty years.

I was a runner for a long time.

When I lived in NYC I used to run from the World Trade Center to my apartment in Hell’s Kitchen which is midtown, eat lunch, and run back down the lower half of Manhattan to get back to work.

That was my idea of fun (huh?)

Additionally, I’ve been a gym member with a trainer using a Nautilus machine circuit. It was here that I jacked up my inner thigh tissue doing heavy weight on the abductor/adductor machine following the advice I found in a fitness book. By the way, all that is smoothing out since I started working with Joey.

I’ve done free weights using routines I found in books and later on YouTube, including traditional pushups and other mainstream exercises.
In doing those, I developed wrist injuries and tried to work through the pain, only to end up in a physical therapist’s office for rehab while studying cello at Juilliard and needing to practice many hours a day.

I then did an isometric style routine called Callanetics for a good while and even went to classes at a Callanetics studio in the Carnegie Hall building to get trained in the method. It pulled in some things and jacked up other places.

All the while my behind looked worse and worse. I stopped wearing a bathing suit in front of anyone.

At one point I bought a used (ancient) Bowflex machine with warped carbon fiber rods (comical, really) and devised an arm workout routine which I did for a while.

That thing is massive and takes up about 1/5 of my basement (anybody want it? It’s free!) The workout gave me limited results.

I was up very early one day and watched the Total Gym infomercial and bought that contraption on payments which I tried but didn’t see how in the world I was going to get a good workout, let alone results, rolling up and down on that ramp holding those silly pulleys (it’s free to a good home also).

I bought some resistance bands, watched some videos on YouTube and put together a routine I thought would help me out.

I supplemented with some poorly designed dumbbell moves and soon enough I began to have back injuries.

In my quest to address the cellulite issues as I journeyed forward, I learned about the plastic claw thing to treat cellulite.

I bought it and raked it over my hips, thighs, arms and stomach three times a week for four years.

I also consulted with their company for advice on how to get results with the device.

They suggested all kinds of things. Faster, slower, harder, soft and brisk, more frequently, less often, heat the tissue in the hot tub, longer treatment sessions.

I studied the book looking for what I may have been doing wrong to not get good results.

I thought this must be the “worse before better phase” they talk about.

Well, that “worse before better phase” never ended!!

I finally looked in the mirror about six months ago and realized I had ground my legs into hamburger meat.

It was horrifying and I was desperate for the right advice.

I needed sanity and I needed results. I needed improvements and I don’t give up.

I would see those exercise machine commercials and watch the actors doing their HIIT moves and think that must be what I have to do.

I was considering getting up early to do a grueling HIIT routine every day.

I tell you this so you know I’ve tried a lot of things, and I’m disciplined enough to execute whatever program I think will help.

It wasn’t for lack of will or discipline or time or desire. I had all that.

I just didn’t know what would work.

But I sure learned a lot of things that did not work.

I ate healthy between trying extreme diet plans.

I’ve struggled my entire life to keep my weight where I want it.

My closet spanned three sizes at any given time, which was expensive and very frustrating.

You would think after all these many years of eating clean and working out I would have results to show for it.

But no.

Except for brief periods of weight control and some very limited strength training results, all these efforts were pretty much in vain. Not even close to what I had envisioned and was aiming for.

I lived in hope, though, as we all should, but there came a point about three months ago where I realized that I must not know what I need to know to get where I want to go.

That is actually a very powerful place to arrive at.

I decided to ask my wise husband. “Honey, I’m thinking of changing up my exercise routine, but I don’t know what to do next. What do you think I should do?”

He and I reviewed all the things I’d done since he knew me.

He said “What about that Joey Atlas method you were doing last year? That was the best you ever looked.”

Flabbergasted, I asked him why he didn’t say anything before, and he said “Because you didn’t ask.” (slap palm on forehead and hold)

I first heard about Joey Atlas methods about a year ago, when I did a google search for cellulite cures.

I was pretty skeptical about finding anything viable from a search like that because for years I’ve read it’s about water retention, it’s about nutrient deficiencies and needing special supplements, it’s about using a plastic claw tool to treat the fascia, it’s about dry brushing, or worse, there isn’t a cure.

Well, in the search results was a link for Naked Beauty by Joey Atlas.

I clicked on it, watched a short video and decided to try it, so I paid the $49 for online access to the program.

I did it for about six weeks.

My jeans were getting tighter and I thought at the time I was bulking up so I stopped.

I do have a tendency to build muscle pretty quickly but in retrospect it wasn’t the Naked Beauty program, it was actually a few of those extra pounds I’d put on. Been there before.

So, while wondering what to do next, a few days later I got one of Joey’s emails he sends out periodically. I read the testimonials and quotes from the FB group and he mentioned private coaching.

I realized in a lucid flash that I could really, really, really use some guidance and some coaching on exactly what to do.

I was so. fed. up. just stabbing in the dark, guessing, trying to figure it all out on my own.

For it all, over the years, I had earned a glitchy knee and shoulder, sore wrists, battered feet from running (and years of wearing ill-fitting high heels), odd-looking lines in the tissue on my inner thighs, and a back issue that would flare up sometimes after my free weight arm workout.

Occasionally I’d throw my back out and have to take pain meds and muscle relaxants, which I carried around 24/7 for fear my back would start hurting.

Optimistic, I booked a coaching consultation with Joey, we discussed my past issues, current challenges, my top goals and I started the personal coaching program with him that same day.

It is absolutely remarkable to me how quickly my body responded to these new exercise routines I’m learning from Joey.

Within three days I remarked to him that I didn’t even move the same.

I wouldn’t have thought biomechanics would shift that fast, but he was not surprised, only thrilled for me.

Very quickly I could see changes in how I walked and even in my quality of sleep.

About a month into the coaching program, Joey suggested I try his style of flexible intermittent fasting.

I had been wanting to try it for a while but knew I needed coaching through it, so I got started on that as per Joey’s guidance and reported back the very next day after starting.

Happily, “the apocalypse” I was imagining had not been triggered by my lack of food for 16 hours.

I’m doing that comfortably every day right now. All my clothes are fitting better and some are now too big. I don’t take this for granted. It’s a dream come true.

The first thing I noticed was peace of mind.

I was given a plan of action and I finally knew what to do. Knowing what to do makes all the difference in the world.

It was fantastic to feel like I didn’t have to suffer through more trial and error as I failed my way to a finish line somewhere on the horizon that I could not see and at the rate I was going I would never see.

All the awful diets, the wild and weird workouts …over thirty punishing years of dysfunctional trial and error, doing all the wrong things, sometimes stupid things, but I just didn’t know better.

Well, I do now.

The second thing I noticed was how quickly my body was, and still is, responding to Joey’s training routines and stretch-mobility sessions.

Within about three days I noticed I wasn’t even walking the same.

And within a week or two, the chronically sore joints I’d had for a while began to feel better and the range of motion was improving.

Being in my sixties, this literally feels like I am getting younger as all the typical signs of aging that most people feel are being reversed. Like rewinding my age clock.

It took about two months for me to be able to do a bodyweight squat, but my knees have gotten so much stronger and flexible, and I’m now doing lunges and squats without any concern.

I’m a professional cellist and I’ve had a very sore left thumb for about six months, to the point I thought maybe this was going to be chronic and affect my playing, and I was really worried about it.

Joey had previously coached me through some lower back soreness using heat and stretching.

I took what I’d learned from him about the power of stretching and I worked on that thumb for a couple of weeks, using massage and gentle stretches.

One day I noticed I HADN’T noticed it all day – it had become a NON-issue.

I’m playing all those musical passages using the thumb without any pain now. This means so VERY much to me!

One of the sad things about not finding Joey and his amazing methods earlier is all the wasted time I spent faithfully performing badly designed exercise routines, damaging diets and destructive fascia treatment sessions when I could have been spending more time with my family enjoying being in great shape, healthy and strong, without all the anxiety and confusion I’ve been through.

My kids are grown now and have their own lives, but I’m sure they have many memories of Mom’s absence while she pounded away at her elusive fitness goals, almost daily.

I love the private coaching structure because I get laser-targeted answers to my specific personal questions, and directions toward the right equipment, food & meal items, and fitness training techniques.

We’ve had coaching session conversations about nutrition and supplements which helped guide and fine-tune my food choices.

I’m a foodie; I love to cook healthy food and I love to eat.

I study nutrition as a personal interest, so I’m not a beginner in that respect, but I really needed clarification about some things, and the flexible intermittent fasting has been a game-changer.

The way Joey addresses the nutrition part of the equation is extremely liberating and has given me an entire perspective shift in how I approach my meals. And I’m no longer afraid I’ll wake up in a week and my clothes are getting snug, again.

With Joey’s “no diet” approach, what I’ve learned can be applied anywhere, even when traveling, because it’s principle-based — all based on physiological truths.

I know this, because it’s all working now. Everything in the past did not work.

I had two children after turning 40, and little did I know what that did to me internally. At that age, it’s more challenging for the body to recover from pregnancy.

The loss of muscle tone in my lower abdomen and the shifting of internal organs was profound, though I didn’t know it at the time.

It affected my marriage in a real way. I went to a gynecological surgeon who of course wanted to remove organs and sew things into place.

I declined but I still knew something needed to be done.

Now that I’ve regained valuable muscle tone & control in those areas in question, I’m a MUCH happier wife. I didn’t know that I was going to enjoy this benefit!

I also didn’t know when I started Joey’s program that I was joining a community that shares a similar attitude about health with me.

Giving the body what it needs to thrive, including the right amounts of nutritious food and the proper exercise, is key to maximizing your vital life energy.

It’s a sort of loving stewardship, really, of what you’ve been given.

This is a stark contrast to the mainstream hard-to-do diet and mass-market exercise programs, which feel more like you’re at war with your body and your own mind.

This method, Joey’s way, is sustainable for life, those war tactics are not.

To experience all these physical improvements, including dropping more than two inches from my waist, triceps that don’t jiggle, and the real possibility that I could wear a swimsuit next summer, has been a dream come true.

I know that I’m still evolving and changing and that’s exciting.

My belly is flattening, my legs are smoothing out, cellulite diminishing, and my behind is lifting.

It’s so exciting to literally BE a transformation.

Every day I wake up excited to see what happens next!

I look forward to my workouts because I know what they’re doing for me and they aren’t that hard lol.

How is it I’m getting these results without killing myself?

I see my colleagues at school look at me sideways, so I know they wonder what in the world I’m doing.

Thank God I found Joey and his ideas and broke out of that all too common middle-age rut of losing muscle tone, expanding more every year and struggling to fight it by inept means and failing, buying clothes for what they can hide instead of what they can accentuate.

Now, things are very different. This is a new story unfolding.

I’m literally giddy. And being only three months into this, I’m looking forward to continued progress, success and this new strong way of living the future phases of my life.

If you’ve been following me for any amount of time, you know I’ve been, and still am, very much against the MANY deceptive and damaging cellulite treatments, fat-reduction procedures and body-sculpting services that prey on the desperation of women, and yes – even men…

Today is another perfect, although very unfortunate, example why I am so against them…

Down below are Linda’s exact words, posted by her, on her instagram (feel free to go visit her via the instagram link below, give her your support and let her know Joey Atlas can help her, seriously.)

According to her instagram post, Evangelista developed a side effect of CoolSculpting called paradoxical adipose hyperplasia (PAH), which means that new fat cells were created to replace the frozen ones.

Let’s read that again; “…new fat cells were created to replace the frozen ones.” (think about that!!)

She wrote that even after “two painful, unsuccessful, corrective surgeries” she is “permanently deformed” by the resulting condition.

While a 2014 study placed the incidence of paradoxical adipose hyperplasia/PAH as a side effect of fat-freezing procedures at an extremely low (0.0051 percent), more recent evaluations have placed it higher, between 0.05 and 0.39 percent. (I would even say it’s probably higher than that.)

According to Linda’s post, she was not made aware of the risk of paradoxical adipose hyperplasia/PAH before the CoolSculpting procedure.

She just happens to be a public figure who is now bringing this into the light in a big and obvious way…

The problem is that so many women are still so confused about cellulite and still being deceptively misled down the wrong paths…

If I told you about my "blasting" journey I think you’d be astounded at what I poured into it.

I started blasting 4 years ago and with gusto. I thought it was helping for a little while, then not so sure.

I sent pics to them,  got “coaching”, and I would try a different $100 tool, press softer or harder, sideways, up and down, shorter sessions, longer sessions.

I did my cardio and hot tub to heat the body tissue better and make it more pliable like they said.

I watched their YouTube videos and tried all their techniques.

I kept thinking I must be going through phases and things would smooth out eventually.

They have a saying “worse before better.” 

I thought that’s what I was going through.

About six months ago I looked in the mirror and finally accepted that I had ground my thighs into hamburger meat.

They looked hideous.

I realized this couldn’t be right and I was quite upset.

My body has bounced back so much these past six months since I stopped blasting so I know I’m going to do well doing the right things now.

I’m getting rid of these stupid tools and never looking back.

So think about it – four years of three times a week hot tub and 1 hour blasting sessions for full body at first, then gradually slacking off over time as I lost faith that things would improve.

That’s a lot of time with my family I sacrificed to try and solve my cellulite problems, not counting the cardio and workouts I was doing.

I thought eventually things would smooth out like they said, and I’d be able to do less but now I realize it was just insane, really, and destructive, and expensive on so many levels.

I don’t think anyone would say I don’t have tenacity or initiative. ? I’m a Juilliard graduate and a professional cellist – I have persistence.

But it’s gone to waste at times, with good intentions.

You can see by this story why I’m so relieved to be accomplishing so much more in so much less time now!

You can also see that I’m willing to do what it takes to accomplish my goals.

There you have it.

As told by someone who followed the "blasting" protocols to the letter, and beyond, only to find that it was destroying her body more and more…

And the "worse before better" part is another part of the hoax that teases women to "keep going" even if things are looking awful and feeling worse…

Sick…

So, Aimee is now on the perfect track with the correct fitness training programs and weekly routines I include here (anyone can do these, without doing the 1-on-1 custom coaching with me)…

And with the extra layer of personalized coaching, accountability and guidance I'm giving her with the 1-on-1 remote private coaching – she is making profound progress…

Rebuilding the broken connective tissue…

…stimulating the production of new fascia..

..reactivating muscle fibers that were damaged…

..getting the skin looking better and better as the weeks progress..

And giving the body what it NEEDS in order to IMPROVE…. We're on the way!

And she and I are also working on trimming down her "heavy supplement intake" as we speak – which will probably save her an easy $300 per month, maybe even more.

As you may already know from my past articles – some supplements are worthy, valuable and beneficial – but they have to be properly sourced, "clean" ingredients and not "overdone"…

Stop Self-Sabotage: How to Stop Self-Sabotaging Your Body, Fitness & Health

Self-sabotage…

You know the word…

So, as you read each word of this email, I want you to keep in mind I’ll be sending you 2 short video clips tomorrow to go further into this important topic…

If you’re like most people, you may have had major bouts of self-sabotage in your own life…

…maybe you’re going through a self-sabotaging phase right now.

I’m very familiar with it because I’ve overcome my own in the past…

…and it’s one of THE MAIN problems I help my 1-on-1 private coaching clients overcome, in order to reach personal fitness, body and health success for LIFE…

The truth is anyone can beat & defeat self-sabotage for good.

But first we need to understand it…

Most of us have been through the “up & down fitness” cycles…

The “eat right for a few weeks and then blow it all in one weekend and stay off track for months on end, until the next New Year hits…”

We get a medical/health scare and then we urgently start again… “super clean” eating, exercising 5 days a week and then BOOM! some kind of drama knocks us of course again…”

Or, maybe there was a time you were doing great for a long time, 6 months or something…

..and then a life challenge comes up (THEY DO for ALL of US!) and POW!

Or some type of “distraction” causes you to lose your way and stray off course…

…before you know it you’re OFF your program and out of your excellent lifestyle you had going…

Your body starts to regress, getting soft, achy…

…sluggish, mushy, maybe even gaining, getting heavy, further out of shape…

… tired, lethargic, not sleeping well, clothes not fitting right…

… mindset getting worse, discouraged, self-disgust, FRUSTRATION…

… low self-esteem, bouts of depression and anxiety (NOTE – these go MUCH higher when we are out of shape and unhealthy, BUT they go DOWN when we get FIT..)

You’re upset with yourself, your life, your inability to really get a full handle on this important part of your life…

Your health, your body, your self-image, your well-being, your quality of life, your longevity, your disease and death risk factors…

These are ALLLLLLLLL impacted by how well, or how not so well we take care of ourselves..

Simple equation, really.

BUT – we must learn to conquer the demon of self-sabotage.

And here is how we do it.

We must acknowledge it, respect it, understand it is “always there” and always will be…

And in doing that, we make it tangible, NORMAL, identifiable and therefore CONTROLLABLE…

We take control of self-sabotage by acknowledging it exists as a natural part of the human mind.

It’s that “other voice” we sometimes allow to control us, in negative ways…

Sometimes it’s even a voice so silent, you don’t “hear it” but it still destroys your good intentions and crushes your best laid plans…

When a new 1-on-1 coaching client begins a private coaching plan with me, we talk for a bit in the early stages, they open up…

Some answers start to come forth… then I have them go a little deeper in a simple, but important question & answer sequence.

The answers they provide in that answer sequence turn out to be the raw material for how I guide them through conquering self-sabotage.

Essentially you outline your past issues, what problems got you to the low point you might be at now…

Why do you want to succeed?

What is REALLY important, besides just “looking good” or “getting a better body”?

Those are fine, but they’re not deep enough to create the strength and power to smother out self-sabotage.

Your “reasons why” must be so strong (and everyone should have these) that self-sabotage no longer stands a chance against you…

It just has to sit quietly and behave, for the rest of your life.

Yes, it just sits there.

For some it simply just eventually dies off completely, never to show up again.

Gone.

The key to beating self-sabotage is learning how to navigate the events, episodes, dramas and blind-spots of your life so that they don’t derail you and send you off a cliff again…

And this is doable by all of us, because we are intelligent humans with super-powers that most people hardly ever tap into.

We navigate those potential times by pre-planning for them and what our responsive plan of action will be.

We PREMEDITATE what we will do if we start to deviate from the good path we are on.

And we stick to those predetermined plans.

We beat self-sabotage with…

Self-worth, self-respect, self-AWARENESS…

Self-care, self-improvement, self-regard…

Self-actualization, self-support, self-sufficiency…

Some of us learn how to do this on our own.

Some of us need help to “get over the hump”, learn how to do it, and see that in fact … “I CAN DO IT!”

Once you have someone guide you to show you YOU CAN do it.. then you believe in yourself.

And once you BELIEVE in yourself, then you become victorious, because you’ve realized you’re fully capable.

And despite some minor bumps in the road that may come our way – we will know how to handle them, because we’ve LEARNED how…

That’s how we conquer self-sabotage for good.

One of the other most critical ingredients in beating self-sabotage is KNOWING what to do for your plans…

Example:

If you choose the wrong fitness program (painful, time-consuming, hurts your joints, not getting you the results), you will subconsciously find a way to self-sabotage your way out of it.

Remember that time? (everyone has been through that.)

Even if you choose the RIGHT fitness program, such as what we give you in Total Access here , you might still find ways to “throw yourself off the wagon”…

…but that can be fixed too, with the right guidance and support.

A note about “dieting”…

I’ve NEVER met anyone who “started a new diet”, who stayed on it.

Ever.

You know why?

We’re not supposed to be dieting.

It truly is one BIG hoax, a shell game mixed with smoke & mirrors…

Think about how many diets you may have tried over the years…

It’s all designed to keep taking advantage of all the people who participate in the vicious cycle of body challenges, weight problems and food/eating issues…

We’re supposed to be eating properly, the way Divine design intended as part of our existence.

All the foods and elements we need to thrive in our best body and optimum health ALREADY exist, without having to “DIET” to reap all the profound benefits that are provided by nature…

And supplements are a great help.

But they can’t “fix” an awful nutrition lifestyle.

Quality nutrition supplements do “supplement” and boost a nutritious eating lifestyle and hence better results on the inside and outside, but they will not cancel out or negate a poor diet.

This is another area I help my coaching clients with…

Taking a look at their supplements and seeing what we can subtract, modify or add, in order to save them money and reduce possibility of over-supplementing. (vitamin/mineral toxemia).

More Cellulite Before and After Photos: Marcia’s 8-Month Cellulite Success Story Update

The cellulite success story/photos from Marcia that I sent out yesterday triggered a LOT of great email questions from women who also need help and are ready for the improvements…

AND…

I’m still getting other questions from when I shared Lauren’s incredible cellulite success progress photos… (she’s made even more improvements since I shared those, you can expect another photo update.)

Beyond awesome really.

The main theme in the emails being sent in is the question;

“Joey these results are so amazing and obvious. How does this work though? How do your slow and gentle exercise methods reverse the root cause of the cellulite appearance?”

So I’m going to answer that today, for everyone, in this one post, since it’s impossible for me to answer all the incoming emails individually…

See, most women ask that because they’ve been put under the false impression that you have to “workout hard” in order to get rid of cellulite…

Or just as bad – they’ve been falsely told; “Oh you can’t get rid of cellulite, it’s a permanent thing…”

LOL… REALLY!!??

It’s not permanent when I’m in the picture!!

AND…

Once you understand why this works, you’ll also understand why NO “CELLULITE TREATMENTS” ever work – EVER.

It’s why “fblasting” doesn’t work, creams don’t work…

….lasers don’t work, cool-sculpting doesn’t work, cupping doesn’t work (great for therapy, NOT for “cellulite”)…

…injections don’t work, cellu-laze doesn’t work, lipo doesn’t work…

ALLLLL those things DO NOT work….

And any of the other things that I didn’t list – those DON’T work either. (you may already know this through personal experience.)

Here’s THE mechanism, so you can understand what DOES work:

When we remove momentum and fast, dangerous movements from the exercise equation and we focus on using a targeted toning exercise program instead – we produce a DIFFERENT physiological reaction of the body.

3 – Connective tissue

4 – Tendons

Fast, high-impact, mass-market programs that you see all over the place actually DAMAGE those delicate structures.

…and you see even more improvements because the cells of your body (epidermal layers, outer skin layers, etc) start to look even younger and tighter…

That happens because the type of gentle training you’re doing enhances hormone function, and processes the healthy nutrients you’re eating to become the new cells of your body that replace the old cells of your body as they die off.

Amazing really, but it’s what’s supposed to happen WHEN we do the right things 🙂

The sad part is when you don’t do the right thing, everything keeps going downhill.
