I am eager to get back in shape and I love the straight forward information. I purchased your Naked Beauty series about a year or so ago. While I haven’t been as dedicated as I would like to have been, I’m looking forward to a new year and I do love the workouts. Thank you so much for this video. My personal preference is exercising at night since it does help me sleep. With all the articles I have read and videos I have watched stating ‘morning’ or ‘afternoon’, it always made me feel like I was exercising at the wrong time for my circadian rhythm even though I was listening to my body. I just wanted to say thank you!
