Unique Arm Workout at Home for Super-Hero Biceps and Triceps

In this Friday Fitness “Happy Hour” Session I take you through one of the LIIT Circuit-Sets in my Arm Workout at Home for Biceps and Triceps

Men and women of all ages can learn something valuable from this short, home fitness training segment

In the video you’ll see me demonstrate, and emphasize, that your workouts don’t have to “beat you up” and “grind you down”, but rather they can be controlled, smooth, low-intensity, BRIEF and SUPER-SAFE – while still being wildly effective…

These are the 4 Unique Body-Weight (and Dumbbell) Arm Exercises I demo in the video:

1 – Body-weight Tricep Extensions
2 – AV Bicep Curl Pull-Ups/Chin-Ups
3 – AV Tricep Dips
4 – Staggered Stance Slow Hammer Curls (Unilateral)

NOTE: Today’s Arm Workout is a little more “advanced” than the last Arm Workout Video I posted: Awesome Arm Building and Toning Workout with 8 Body-weight Arm Exercises

Even if you don’t own a SCULPTABOD Genius Home Gym yet, you can still do several of these exercises. For example, if you have a regular chin and dip tower and dumbbells, you can do the Bicep Curl Pull-Ups/Chin-Ups, The Staggered Stance Slow Hammer Curls, Tricep Dips…

The combination of the elements I highlight in the video and in the summary notes on this page give way to the following:

1 – Shortened “workout” sessions – Instead of spending 90 minutes “in a gym”, I do all of my fitness training sessions at home, in less than 30 minutes (people who do “hit the gym like crazy” want to know my secrets and are a bit shocked when I share them, especially when they find out my age).

2 – Less Chronic Aches and Pains and Less Acute Injuries

3 – More Enjoyment of Fitness Training (when we enjoy something we look forward to doing it 🙂

4 – Knowledge to replicate similar workouts, based on the key principles, when traveling for vacation, business, etc…

5 – Life-long consistency as a natural part of my lifestyle… the key to simple and real “Anti-Aging”

6 – Ability to participate in any activity I enjoy, or have the desire to explore (Stand-Up Paddle-boarding, Tennis, Mountain-Biking, Hiking, Kayaking, MakinLuv, etc…)

7 – Control over my health vitals and medical profile, hence my quality of life, and longevity (health/medical profile has improved each year for the last 3 years, without drugs, without surgery, without wasted effort).

    HI Joey watching your work out encourages one to get with it. I soon to be able to get my triceps more workout ,once I heal from the long healing I have been doing here for my mastectomy surgery , Not sure if you have special moves ,other than the special moves you have for the healthy body , you always stress the importance to check with your Doctor before tying to do exercise so a person does not hurt themselves and I really appreciate that
    advice. Great inspiration Always

      The key is to get clearance after the surgery recovery and ask your Dr. what guidelines and limitations are. Then you we from there.

        All I can say is WHOA!!! Arm workout I just saw was SO
        IMPRESSIVE!!! My 1st time seeing your stuff & want to know how to see more!!! I will prob loose this email- get so many or not be able to find! What do your loyal fans do? Buy hard copies of workouts? Thinking you have more than arms… Tell me how would I get a Scultabod?
        Have a workout room I could put it in. Is that the most essential/important piece to you? How much & avail. in Dallas area? Also have some free weights but are those the “dial the weight” dumbbells?
        Do you suggest? Name & cost please. Will you put me on your email list please? How heavy do you suggest on the dumbbells? In shape 5’8″ 128 lbs 63 always been athletic woman & health fittness a priority for me! So hope to hear back from you!!

    Hi Joey??
    I absolutely love your methods of workouts. It’s worked for me since 2014 and continues to this day. Since I’m now going through the dreaded menopause, I’m finding it a little difficult to maintain the mid-section. Any advice and workout techniques for me.?? keep up the great work‼️ I love you and I tell as many people as I can about you and your workout techniques. Can’t wait for a SCULPTABOD of my own.
