Good afternoon,
I’m not sure which method reaches you, but this seems more available. I appreciate the 7 day workout. I can say that starting with the legs, during the exercise my muscles worked but the next day, my glutes, hips and arms had fatigue. Also, with the beginners core, there were good stretches, but the exercise portion was short. It ended at the break. Is that correct?

Thank you for this program. As a 58 year old man, former back surgery, college 110 high hurdles athlete, I’m entering a new chapter of my life and bringing your great teaching skills with me. #lifechanger
Hi Joey, easy to see your way is the right way to get in shape, Thanks for being online helping everyone live a better life. Im a very active 70 year old boat captain walking 5 miles a day, climing ladders, jumping, lifting, moveing fast but not anywhere near the shape your in. Im am going to learn alot , Thanks again.
