But all it takes is some pre-planning with simple “road workouts” and a few essential tools that travel well…

Here is My Best Shoulder Workout in Hotel Room: Travel Workout With Bands
1 – Lateral Deltoid/Shoulder Raise (Abduction) With Resistance Bands
2 – Rear Deltoid/Shoulder Raise (Abduction) With Resistance Bands
3 – Unilateral Shoulder Press With Resistance Bands
4 – Unilateral Shrugs (for Trapezius) With Resistance Bands
