How to Spend Quality Fitness Time with Your Kids

The number one way we are going to change the grim fate of society is by reversing the trends in mindset, lifestyle, habits and health…

Sad to say, but I truly DO NOT believe everyone will be saved, but I do know those who are “aware” and willing to “wake-up” to reality will be the long survivors.

I’d be a fool to think that everyone will cancel TV/cable, stop buying garbage edibles (we can’t call them “foods” because true food supports life), and start a consistent fitness program that they NEVER STOP.

‘Human nature’ makes you prone to being lazy, having excuses, quitting before you know it and maintaining a default mindset & behaviors that lead to slow suicide (And slow homicide if this is the example you set for your kids).

As I’m writing these few sentences, I’m realizing this is the spark for a much more powerful blog post, so stay tuned. In the meantime, here’s a family fitness activity me and my youngest took advantage of yesterday (or last Friday depending on when you see this, etc…):

It’s not rocket science and it’s not difficult. You just have to be proactive.


You MUST plan your activities.
You CANNOT leave things to chance, as in “oh let’s just see what happens tomorrow… Let’s just play it by ear…” BS! Plan it, do it, make it happen.

Put these things on the calendar, on the schedule. They are more important than ANYTHING else. …Sedentary lifestyle, mindset and habits will KILL YOU. It doesn’t have to be that way… More to come on this.
