Deeper Details and Actionable Specifics Coming In Blog Article Soon
While you absorb the insights and info revealed in the private doctor visit video, please keep in mind, I’m working on a full blog article that goes into much deeper details about the specific things I’ve been doing over the last 2 years to make the things happen that you’ll hear from the doctor as he reviews my key health indicators and their changes over the last 2 years.
I’ll create a “Health Hero Checklist” that you’ll be able to print and refer to, and include the link in the full blog post article, most likely next week, so check back in for that here.
For example, I’ll share a few of the simple but critical tools I use to “monitor” my internal stats, week to week, month to month – to make sure I’m staying “in the zone” of optimal health, wellness and longevity.
I’ll share one of those tools right here, so you can get started as well: This is the body-fat monitor I use to track my body-composition (MUCH more important than just tracking your weight on a scale.)
It is the same one my Team uses in the SCULPTAFIT Studios and it’s the same one I use when doing 1-on-1 fitness consulting/coaching with private clients.
Here’s a tight summary of the Vital Health Markers I was screened for. These are the ‘paper’ numbers Dr. Osborn compares year to year.
Except for the PSA, These Are All Important for Men and Women
Blood Lipid Profile:
– Cholesterol
– Cholesterol Ratios
– Triglycerides
Uric Acid
GFR – Estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate
CMP – Comprehensive Metabolic Panel
PSA – Prostate Specific Antigen
TSH – Thyroid-stimulating Hormone
CBC – Complete Blood Count
We also talk about a few other critical factors as well – which I’ll be sharing in the full article/blog post coming soon.

{Summary to be posted soon}
I passed on getting the STD panel this year. And in the video you’ll hear my question regarding an extended period of sexual inactivity and 2 STD panels coming back clean as a whistle during that period, and next steps as I look forward…
Below are the 2 pages of the complete blood panel for this year’s check-up. Notice over on the left margin, my notes about the Total Chol/HDL ratio being 2.02 – that is something to be happy about, and a great marker to calculate on your own, as many panels don’t report that automatically.
Not a big deal, since it’s a very simple calculation of Total Cholesterol divided by the HDL’s (the high density lipoproteins, which are the “good” ones)
Alrighty… There’s a lot of helpful info and advice that comes through in the candid video footage. So please take some notes, and then share this page with anyone you know who can use the advice and insights we share.
You never know whose life you will positively impact just by a simple share of something helpful…
Just use the ‘easy’ buttons below to share today’s post…
And if you have ANY questions, comments or input, please do post in the comment box down below, you know I love hearing from you.
