Humble Inventor Turns Genius Fitness Idea Into Life-Changing Reality

Not long ago, Miriam was doing some research to find a way to workout that was more suitable for her needs, preferences and abilities…

Her search would lead her to some of my materials and programs. Being from Switzerland, Miriam was happy to learn that my programs shipped worldwide and/or offered instant online access.

Everything she read about my methods appealed to her in ways that nothing else had – and she decided she’d give my programs a try. She was pleasantly surprised and impressed that despite almost sounding “too good to be true”, my programs over-delivered on her expectations.

After a while, Miriam reached out to ask if I’d be interested in being interviewed for a project she was working, in order to bring a more progressive fitness message to the people of her country. I quickly agreed, and today I get to share that candid interview with you…

Unique Arm Workout at Home for Super-Hero Biceps and Triceps

In this Friday Fitness “Happy Hour” Session I take you through one of the LIIT Circuit-Sets in my Arm Workout at Home for Biceps and Triceps

Men and women of all ages can learn something valuable from this short, home fitness training segment

In the video you’ll see me demonstrate, and emphasize, that your workouts don’t have to “beat you up” and “grind you down”, but rather they can be controlled, smooth, low-intensity, BRIEF and SUPER-SAFE – while still being wildly effective…

These are the 4 Unique Body-Weight (and Dumbbell) Arm Exercises I demo in the video:

1 – Body-weight Tricep Extensions
2 – AV Bicep Curl Pull-Ups/Chin-Ups
3 – AV Tricep Dips
4 – Staggered Stance Slow Hammer Curls (Unilateral)

NOTE: Today’s Arm Workout is a little more “advanced” than the last Arm Workout Video I posted: Awesome Arm Building and Toning Workout with 8 Body-weight Arm Exercises

Even if you don’t own a SCULPTABOD Genius Home Gym yet, you can still do several of these exercises. For example, if you have a regular chin and dip tower and dumbbells, you can do the Bicep Curl Pull-Ups/Chin-Ups, The Staggered Stance Slow Hammer Curls, Tricep Dips…

The combination of the elements I highlight in the video and in the summary notes on this page give way to the following:

Awesome Arm Building and Toning Workout with 8 Body-weight Arm Exercises

In this Sunday Sizzler Session I take you through one of the LIIT Circuit-Sets in my Arm Workout

Men and women of all ages can learn something valuable from this short segment

These are the 4 Body-Weight Arm Exercises I demo in the video:

1 – AV Bicep Pull-Ups
2 – Close-Grip Tricep Push-Off
3 – Side to Side Bicep Curl Pull-Ups
4 – AV Tricep Dips

Even if you don’t own a SCULPTABOD Home Gym yet, you can still do several of these exercises. For example, you can do the ‘Close-Grip Tricep Push-Off’ by using your couch or a sturdy ottoman, or even a thigh-level sitting bench, placed against the wall.

And if you’re a beginner, you can do that same exercise (Close-Grip Tricep Push-Off), by using your kitchen counter or something sturdy at a similar height.

This is Circuit-Set #2, which I add to the one above, after the Candid Cam Video segment:

5 – Unilateral Dumbbell Tricep Extension on Swiss/Exercise Ball – iInstead of an “isolation” exercise, this actually becomes a total-body exercise with emphasis on the triceps).
6 – Unilateral Bicep Band Curls with Body Twist and Pause – Again, instead of an “isolation” exercise, this actually becomes a total-body exercise with emphasis on the biceps.
7 – Body-Weight Tricep Overhead Extension – Another total-body movement (LOTS of core engagement) with emphasis on tricep stimulation
8 – Unilateral Dumbbell Hammer-Curls with Staggered-Stance – I default to unilateral movements because the focus placed on one primary zone of the body while the rest of it is used to support the primary focus, has reduced many aches and pains, while bringing me better results, both visible to the eye and not visible to the eye (health, medical profile, vitals, etc…)
