I’m seeing so many complicated examples of workouts and exercises for the abs, core and midsection – that it’s a bit scary to think of how many people are getting hurt trying these hard-pushing, risky ab exercise routines that are being posted all over the internet…
So today, I’ve decided to enlighten those who are wise enough to know that beating up the body to force it to change usually ends up backfiring and creating even bigger setbacks:
Click play and try this mini abs and core exercise circuit as you watch it:
Here is the direct link to the video on my Youtube Channel==> 4 Easiest Co-Ed Moves for Tightly Toned Abs, Core & Midsection
In this short LIIT exercise video for the abs, core and midsection – I demonstrate a sequence of 4 exercises:
1 – Reverse Core-Curl
2 – Modified Single Leg-Scissor
3 – Modified Reverse Plank
4 – Modified Slow-Knee Raise
While this is a great abs and core workout for beginners, it is also an excellent one for intermediates and advanced trainees to add to their programs as well.
Some of the key elements you’ll notice are:
A – slow, controlled movements
B – steady breathing
C – no rest between sets
The combination of those 3 elements give us the Low-Impact Interval Training effects that we love so much 🙂
