I use the SCULPTAFIT Hybrid Bench/Mat for 2 of my favorite Intermediate ab/core exercises (there are also beginner and extreme-beginner versions of these exercises)
Then I use the SCULPTA-BANDS for 2 more of my all-time favorite standing, total-body ab/core exercises (there are beginner and extreme-beginner versions of these exercises as well)

HI JOEY, I JUST WATCHED YOUR CORE WORK OUT AND HEARD YOUR COMMENTS IN REGARDS TO PROPER DIET, HOW DO I KNOW HOW TO EAT PROPERLY IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE MY GOALS.
I HAVE NO REAL BAD HABITS BUT I WOULD LIKE TO PUT ON A LITTLE WEIGHT THE HEALTHY WAY.
