Here is the Official Assembly Video for The SCULPTAFIT All-In-One Gym Unit
Based on past assembly experiences of the SCULPTAFIT Gym Units, I was thinking we’d need about 25 minutes to put The newsest version, 4.0, together…
BUT watch as Nikki and I are amazed, in real time, that it takes only about 15 minutes to put together…
While most common home gyms on the market take HOURS and HOURS to assemble – the SCULPTAFIT is a “simple 15-minute set-up”.
And later that evening, I did my first Abs/Core Training Session on the new unit:
And last night I did Arms: Biceps & Triceps

Joey Atlas says
The latest and greatest, of course!! Stay tuned π
Joey Atlas says
Thanks, Dori! You’re on the VIP “Early Notice” list so no worries – you won’t miss out π Stay tuned!!
Dori Himes says
Joey, I see that someone else was asking about the difference between this one and the next version. You say the next version will be more “fine tuned”. Will we have the option of getting the more “fine tuned”, or will we be getting Version 4.0 because we’re on the “Founders List”, and will the unit be more money? Sorry for all the questions. π
Joey Atlas says
Hi Dori!! You’ll be getting the latest version once we are ready to launch. It will be the ‘fine-tuned’ one π …and same price ranges I’ve mentioned in the previous posts/Q&A’s π
Sonja Mack says
Hi Joey how much is this machine. Are we allowed installment payments before shipping? Just started a new job haven’t had chance to save at all but I will next month. I would like to invest in this machine. Are there other parts that we need to buy outside the machine? Thanks
Joey Atlas says
Hi Sonja – machine is $5,000.00 but I’ve been working on getting it closer to only $2,000 and it looks like we are almost there π
Yes – we’ll have a 6 month pay option through paypal. Nothing else to buy as all attachments you see in these videos will come with it.
Samantha says
When can I get mine? How about chest, back and legs is there a video coming? Thanks
Joey Atlas says
YES – see other reply to your post. π
Samantha says
Can I do mine ultimate LHBT exercises on this unit instead of doing the dvds thanks Joey. Whatβs the different between the different versions? And when will the unit be available for canadain?
Joey Atlas says
YES – we’ll have a full library that grows monthly of all the training sessions to do on it.
The newest version are the most ‘fine-tuned’.
Canada might be at same time as USA – or right after.
Lisa says
Hey Joey
Iβve never been strong enough to do pull ups and dips without platform assist. This might be too advanced for me. Are there leg exercises that can be done? I miss the gym leg press and hamstring curls.
Joey Atlas says
Hi Lisa! Not sure if you missed all the previous posts and videos about this – but, YES – it’s a total body, all-in-one fitness package for the whole family (from beginner kids to advanced adults). If you want to see some of the other videos check out http://www.JoeyAtlas.TV
There are also a bunch on this site – just look over to the right, or click menu on mobile π

Nanette says
I love the color combination! I guess I better list my old equipment for sale so I can make room for your Sculptafit.
Joey Atlas says
YES, Nanette! π
Jan says
Do you work out 7 days a week on the machine or take off 2 days to rest?
Joey Atlas says
Yes – pretty much daily. See this approach is not so “intense” that days off are needed. We need proper physical activity every day. Sometimes it’s only 20 minutes – and some days 40 or so… I think the “2 days rest” is one of those trainer’s myths passed down from the years. It may apply to some who go very hardcore – but for me and the philosophy we put forth here, not so.
Sharin Louis says
Again, Congratulations Joey!
First of all, WOW!!! Nice color combination! From what I can tell, this gym is made from very good quality materials and construction!! I do not expect any less than the best from you! Was easily assembled and with precision! Every part fit together beautifully! I canβt get over how quickly you and Nikki put it together! Way to go!! ?? ??????
I do have a question about the step. Does it have any traction on the surface? It looked smooth on the video. Although, Iβll be wearing my workout shoes, so Iβll have traction from them to keep me from sliding.
I am so happy to be one of the first ones to sign up as a founder last year and have been excitedly watching your progress, lifting up in prayer, you, your family, and all involved in the making of this home gym a success, even before it has launched! So looking forward to getting that foundersβ notification to order email! ?
Many blessings to you & yours,
Sharin (KY)
Joey Atlas says
Helloooooo Sharin!! Thank you so much for all the great observations and thoughts of support!
Yes, this step was a ‘test’ version… smooth surface, and I’m going to add some traction to it this week. In the end we may just stick with the time-tested diamond-plate surface π
THANK YOU!
Joey
Sharin Louis says
Hey Joey,
Traction added to the step plate sounds great! Thank you!!
I have another question regarding the placement of the resistance bands. Is there a place on both the left and middle columns as well as the right column that was shown in videos 2 and 3 where we can hook the resistance bands from? Is it true that depending on the placement of the bands and your body placement, this could either distribute the resistance evenly or create more resistance on one side more so than the other?
I hope if you haven’t already, that you will consider adding attachments for rowing in the future!
I absolutely love your home gym creation! It is so versatile, so many possibilities, so compact! So looking forward to having my own soon! π Until then, to the gym I go.
Have and make it a great week!
Blessings to you and yours,
Sharin (KY)
Joey Atlas says
Hi Sharin! Yes – places on both left/right columns – and the base as well – there are 2 holes each side down there… And we are looking at adding holes to the middle post π There’ll be MANY options for various resistance angles and distribution for more variety, progression and stimulation.
Do you mean ‘cardio rowing’? Or strength? If for strength – that is all built into it already, you may not have seen some of the demo videos… Let me know.
THANK YOU!
Joey
Balint Horvath says
Very impressive, both the assembly time and the design. Nice demo videos!! Big congrats on the progress!
Joey Atlas says
Thanks, Balint! We are almost ‘there’ π
