Craig was one of the first fitness pros I discovered online, back around 2004. I came across his Turbulence Training program here – and it immediately gave me a vision of how I might be able to do something similar…
Seeing what he was doing, along with several other ambitious fitness people like us, going from “offline” to “online”, inspired me to take steps to do the same…
So, by 2006 I was ready to release my first DVD set (The Ultimate Leg, Butt, Hip & Thigh Makeover) …and now look how far things have come 🙂
There were only a handful of us trainers/fitness pros creating programs to distribute via the internet, so we could help people around the world with our methods, instead of just the people in our local areas…
We got to know each other and we all supported and helped each other, despite living in different parts of the world. And in 2008-ish we decided to all get together for an informal 3-day mastermind in South Florida.
That’s where Craig and I met in person. We’ve loosely stayed in touch ever since – but the time gaps have gotten bigger as we’ve all gone down paths requiring more focus and less overlap… And it was time for us to catch up, so we decided to make it a podcast call – so you could benefit too…
