Episode #26 of “The Fitness Whisperer Podcast”: 5 Critical Breakthroughs Needed for Personal Fitness Success with Dr Kendall Ritz
Meet Dr Kendall…
She’s a wife, busy mom and functional medicine doctor with a focus on helping women become “Hot, Healthy and Happy” and I’ve had the pleasure of personally coaching her for the last 6 months.
Click play, and be ready to take notes – this one could change your life in ways you might not foresee..
In these first 6 months, we’ve learned a lot – and today we share some of the most powerful breakthroughs she’s experienced, so far.
The Holiday season coming up is the first one she will go through with her “new mindset”, so it will be fun to discover what new breakthroughs we create as we go through that critical period and into the New Year of 2020.
The Holidays are by far, THE MOST challenging for all of us – so navigating those waters will be new territory, but will prove to be the most important as the lessons learned will serve her, and others for years, even decades to come…
As you listen, you’ll realize these are breakthroughs that almost anyone can experience, if and when they are ready to get serious about their life. As you’ll hear in this podcast episode, Kendall’s breakthroughs have been profound – LIFE-changing, on several levels…
And as you listen to it – think of anyone else in your life who will benefit from what we share in this timeless episode. I say timeless because what we cover will still be relevant decades from now.
No matter how far technology advances – humans will still be human.
IMPORTANT: Please keep in mind – personal fitness success is NOT and endpoint destination – it is a “WAY OF BEING”… and constant mindset based on Values, Intentions and Purpose.

Loved this!!!!
I could relate to almost everything!!!
Except being an MD;)
I’m a mom of 2 teenage girls.
I struggle with consistency in working out the no pain no gain approach, emotional eating, punishing mental attitude,
I don’t not need to lose weight but have never felt good about my body mostly lower body, cellulite being the biggest concern.
I to bought the naked beauty program and was not convinced because the workouts seemed to easy and slow, so I gave up too soon.
It’s been years and now again I’ve been thinking about having to try the Joey Atlas approach again since I’m still struggling with cellulite but I have made some improvement with yoga, Pilates and walking/jogging.
I love the idea that we do it for life, take care of ourselves not to achieve a medal or reach a certain goal but for better health, wellness and enjoyment out of life with ease as we get older.
Maybe this time I will try it and stick with it.
Much appreciated
Thank you Joey and Kendall
Sara
