Hi Joey , you awe me. What you are doing is helping those of us who are totally confused with all the fitness “experts” out there with their health & wellness. I am one who is now so baffled I do not know what to do. I have tried theses exercises on my own a couple of times and have not pushed myself because I really can’t afford to hire… and watching the videos only makes it worse… I try the exercises only to come away feeling clumsy and unsure of myself. I feel I lack balance and I feel clumsy and not very confident when exercising so therefore I stop trying and mainly stick to easy stretches. Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated .
