    Thanks very much Joey. I’m actually worn out just watching and listening to your LIIT routine!

    More importantly, I do hope you keep safe and that Irma does not cause you too much damage or stress…..in fact, I hope she passes you by completely.

    I am always thinking of everyone affected by these extreme weather conditions in the USA and all the other places round the world that are suffering so badly. Here in the U.K. we always complain about the weather we never experience these extremes, apart from occasional high wind damage and floods.
    I wish you the very best of luck and I will continue to keep everyone in my prayers.
    As for the exercises, I think they look way too difficult for me! but thank you.

    I hope you and your family are alright!
    My question: I want to work with my lower body (I´m not overweight and do a bit of sports – running, swimming, trampoline, a bit of rope skipping from time to time…), so what do you recommend for me: your “Naked Beauty” programme or your “Ultimate Leg, Butt, Hip & Thigh” DVD? I really love the idea to exercise at home with no or little equipment ´cause I´m a busy working mum…

    Hi Joey hope all is well with you and yours during this pandemic…. I am a 59yr old woman, with emphysema and took a radioactive pill to killed my thyroid 5 yrs ago…. this led to 60lb weight gain. Having a breathing condition I need to lose the pounds and I am tired of wasting my money on dvds and diet plans that just dont work or are not geared for someone on oxygen is there any help for me…. the excessive weight has caused high blood pressure where its always be low, scoliosis in my aorta and high cholesterol, I know all these are reversible if I can just lose the weight 095 weeks in on a broken wrist…. I just feel lost and defeated and can never get a straight answer…. Just people more interested in selling stuff that I can’t physically do….So sorry this is so long, I hope to hear back from you have a great day

Non ho mai ricevuto aggiornamenti di bellezza nuda acquistato nel 2016 o 2017 sinceramente non ricordo di preciso ho cambiato cellulare e ho perso file. Ho acquistato the ultimate leg, butt…. E spero sia efficace per la mia ritenzione e cellulite. Io non capisco la tua lingua spero ci sia versione in italiano.

    Ciao Joey☺️☺️☺️, quando faccio esercizi sento bruciare?…. Ma mi chiedevo che alimenti devo mangiare…quali carboidrati, quali proteine? Puoi darmi delle indicazioni?
    Quando faccio primo e secondo esercizio di bellezza nuda ho difficoltà a sentire muscolo e a contrarre. Perché?
    L altro dvd non l’ ho ancora ricevuto ???…..

          Give the DVDs a few more days to arrive – they have been taking longer going to Europe lately. For carbohydrate – what carbs do you normally eat?
          Do you eat salads and vegetables daily?
          What proteins do you eat?
          How many meals a day do you eat?
          What is your age? and weight?

    Ciao Joey caro, carboidrati:pasta, pasta di legumi, pasta grano saraceno, farro, riso , patate, patate dolci, pane, farina d avena, farina di castagne
    Proteine carne, pesce, uova, legumi
    Grassi: olio d’oliva, burro d arachidi, cioccolato, burro di mandorle
    Faccio 4 pasti e x lo spuntino solo frutta. In ogni pasto anche a cena carboidrati.
    Ho 41 anni alta 1.65 peso 55 kg. In realtà non ho bisogno di dimagrire ma ho bisogno di tonificare e mandare via qualche buchetto.
    Mangio verdura più o meno nei pasti principali pranzo e cena.

    Joey colazione pranzo spuntino cena.
    Alle 7 colazione pancake con farina d avena aromatizzata burro d arachidi e marmellata caffè italiano.
    Ieri a pranzo ho mangiato pasta e legumi
    Spuntino mela e cannella
    Cena gallette di riso petto di pollo e carciofi.??

      Yes – because it sounds like you’re eating too many calories (especially dense carbohydrates)… This makes it harder for you to tone your body and get more definition. So skip breakfast (you can have some coffee or tea or sparkling water/Pellegrino during the morning) but make your first meal around 12pm… The first few days “might” be a challenge but you will get used to it fast 🙂 keep me posted!! (TAKE “before” PHOTOS TODAY***)… xo

          Yes – you can have carbs in the other meals – but just make sure you’re also getting veggies/salad and protein too (and healthy fat, olive oil, etc)… so it’s not “too much” carbs only. (pasta, rice, healthy bread, steel cut oats (I eat oats for my dinner carbs sometimes 🙂 xo

    Joey grazie per questa info…per me è nuovo questo modo di mangiare, lo scopo è saltare le calorie della colazione che non dovrò mangiarle più tardi ma devo eliminarle totalmente. Ho iniziato ma alle 11.00 ho fame e mangio della frutta poi alle 15.00 pranzo e poi alle 20.00 ceno.
    Ho ricevuto DVD☺️ adesso finisco bellezza nuda…prossimo mese aggiungo una serie in più per bellezza nuda poi inizio il DVD un mese prima parte, un mese seconda parte, poi ricomincio con bellezza nuda…secondo te va bene? Grazie Joey sei prezioso ?

      YES – that’s a good plan!! Remind me please… What is your height, weight and age? And what are your goals? What do you want to improve? Keep in mind you will get used to the ‘new way of eating’ and in the future it may change, maybe some days you do eat early breakfast, etc.. 🙂 Grazie, Grazie…?

        Ho 41 anni, peso 55 kg e sono alta 1.65… vorrei definirmi nella parte inferiore del corpo ed essere tonica e dura senza buchi e senza ritenzione.
        Cosa vuol dire che mi abituerò e dovrò cambiare? In questi giorni che ho saltato colazione però avevo più fame del solito?… Scusa se ti lo dico ancora ma sei proprio una bella persona?

          Oh sorry, when I say “you will get used to it”.. I mean you will eventually not feel so hungry like this first week of doing it… you will get more comfortable with it… But again – maybe we will add some breakfast/carbs back in – in the future.     Ciao Joey si cerco di mandarti foto☺️…. La tua routine la faccio tre volte a settimana ( prima serie da 10 seconda serie da 6) e le cavigliere che ho sono da 1/1.5/2 kg ho diversi pesi… Avendo fatto pesi ho molti pesi a casa e volevo sapere se per alcuni esercizi posso usarli oppure non ha importanza. Grazie??

      Oh yes!! for now just use the lightest ankle weights for all the floor/mat exercises and then use some light dumbbells for any of the standing exercises that you use them for. Good? You’re welcome! ?? (let me know when you send the photos)

    Si Joey… Io non voglio dimagrire ma metter massa muscolare ma da quandoho smesso con i pesi mi sento più morbida è normale? Per questo ti chiedevo se è il caso di caricare un po’? Cosa pensi degli stacchi rumeni stacchi a gambe tese o semintese?

      No deadlifts, Mariangela. Maybe we add them in the future, maybe… Just be sure to add dumbbells to the standing exercises – do what feels ok for the weight and increase the weight gradually as you get stronger with each exercise. ?x

      Let’s goooooo!!! (did you take the “before” photos yet?) Yes – lower-body 2 times per week for now. Have you been doing Naked Beauty consistently for the last few weeks or no?

      Here’s a schedule you can do:

      One of your lower-body days can be Naked Beauty 2 or 3X through (and you can use light ankle weights for the mat/floor exercises – and light dumbbells for the standing exercises.)

      The 2nd lower body day will be ULBHTM level 1 DVD all the way through – one time (it will take about an hour but you will LOVE what you feel!! 🙂

      And the ULBHTM level 2 DVD we will use in the future… maybe in a month or two – we will rotate all of them. Good?

        Joey caro ho fatto un mese di symulast
        tre volte a settimana e da una settimana sono passata a fare di symulast 2 serie per esercizio. Il giorno dopo ho sempre dolori ai muscoli sento che hanno lavorato i miei glutei sono più alti più tonico ma voglio impegnarmi per avere di più!! Segui il tuo consiglio per questo mese faccio unaa volta symulast e 1 volta la prima parte del dvd. Grazie Joey sei un angelo?

          Awesome!! What days of the week do you do lower-body on??

          You could do this for a few weeks (as an example):

          Monday – Naked Beauty 2X through

          Wednesday – ULBHTM level 1 – mat/floor and standing sessions together (the whole DVD)

          Saturday – Naked Beauty 3X through

          Do you think you can do that – or something like that?

    Uso pesetti leggeri rispetto a quando usavo pesi alti in palestra….ma il giorno dopo l allenamento ho quei dolori chiamati se non sbaglio doms e rimango meravigliata perché penso che il mio corpo ha sollevato peso maggiori quindi dovrebbe essere abituato oppure solo adesso mi sto concentrando sui movimenti. Minsono allenata domenica ma lunedì e martedì non ho potuto fare niente i miei glutei e le mie gambe erano doloranti… Oggi sto meglio e mi allenerò ????

    Joey mia figlia dice di non vedermi più quei buchi fastidiosi e io mi sento più tonica e sinceramente non mi sono mai sentita così neanche quando facevo esercizi a casa con i pesi….???
    Quindi Joey Bo ho capito bene la risposta precedente e cioè posso usare symulast tutta la vita? Non c è il pericolo che il corpo si abitui? E poi posso unire alla fine degli esercizi symulast 3-4 esercizi di hlbhtm? Scusami tanto e grazie di tutto sei il numero uno?!!! ????

      There’s no set “number of hours” – but the main thing is to keep doing what you’ve been doing since we talked about the morning fasting.. .and it’s ok if some days you can’t do it (tell me about these days you can’t)… The key is that you do it most days… the days you can.

        Joey ciaoooo!!! Io ho letto di un digiuno che dura 16 ore ma non ci riesco!!! Riesco al massimo 12-14 ore!! Quando non riesco è perché la mattina mi alzo affamata?.. oppure perché penso che potrei perdere massa muscolare se non mangio! Secondo te è giusto mangiare comunque carboidrati tipo riso o quinoa o grano saraceno o pasta tutti i giorni o dovrei alternare un giorno si e un giorno no?

            Joey sono un’impiegata e sto seduta 6 ore al GG… … Ma secondo te per mangiare in maniera corretta senza perdere muscolo anzi per metterne un po’ quanto carboidrati dovrei mangiare. io vorrei definirmi muscolarmente non dimagrire….sono alta 1.65 e peso 55 . Ti prego dimmi come spezzare digiuno perché io lo spezzerei alle 12 e farei il mio pranza alle 15 perché a quell’ ora arrivo a casa. Poi ceno alle 20.30/21.00. ti prego aiutami a capire????

    Alle 15 pasta o legumi o quinoa o riso (una di queste) verdure e proteine

      We need to add some protein at 12 with the fruit. (Do you eat eggs, nuts, seeds (pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds)?
      Do you add some healthy fat to the lunch and dinner? (organic olive oil? organic coconut oil? organic butter?)

      Good on the fat…
      We need to add protein with the fruit – (and maybe reduce the amount of fruit a little)… add about 15-20 grams of protein to the fruit.

    Ciao Joey si legge dappertutto che per avere un corpo tonico che per sviluppare massa muscolare bisogna caricare con i pesi altrimenti il muscolo non progredisce più perché non viene stimolato….. Mi spieghi invece perché il corpo non ha bisogno di così tanti stimoli per diventare un corpo tonico e come mai il tuo programma continua a dare miglioramenti senza progredire con i carichi?       Well.. the mass market mainstream approach is just the “blind leading the blind”… doing the same old stuff over and over and everyone just keep saying the same things copying each other… they don’t know any better – and that’s the “gym approach” with all the weights and machines…

      You still need “activation, stimulations, etc”… But you get it in my methods by slowing down and making your muscle/lean-tissue CONTROL the movements (instead of momentum doing the motion) and when you do the various exercises I have you combine together – it makes the stimulation even deeper and more complete – and you get the beautiful improvements and results 🙂

Ci sono però esercizi tipo il ponte dove sento aver bisogno di variazioni.
    Pur volendo accedere a Total acces mi rendo conto che non sapendo l inglese non capirei niente a meno che non pensi a mettere un traduttore??.
    Volevo sapere dove potrei acquistare quelle cavigliere con cavo che le unisce che vedo sui video su YouTube sul canale sculptafit…..

    Ciao Joey mi spiace per i dispositivi sarebbero molto utili per controllare il movimento. Ci sono giorni dove riesco a farne 2 altri dove 1 è impegnativo. La parte più impegnativa è collegate la mente al muscolo e i primi due esercizi sono quelli dove ho più difficoltà, per questo penso che il dispositivo alla caviglia sia davvero utili.
    L’email è quella da cui mi inviate contenuti ogni giorno???.
    Ma con Nb lavorano tutte le gambe anche la parte laterale?
