I’m sharing this video with you for a few important reasons: (see reasons under video)
1 – Lots of people ask me how I come up with the unique and delicious healthy recipes in the QUICKLY-FIT Rapid Results videos that I keep adding to Total-Access here
I base my cooking/eating methods on some of the foundational truths that are revealed in the video.
These are also the foundational elements of how I coach 1-on-1 private clients in regards to the nutritional part of our journey together (I NEVER prescribe a “diet”.). (some readers will know EXACTLY what I’m talking about, at certain parts of the video… the part about “herbs and spices” and the part about “cheerios”, for example š
2 – Over the last 6 years my annual health exam numbers have been improving year after year. A handful of the topics in this video highlight some of the key habits I’m implementing as a natural part of my life to make those improvements happen.
Even as I type this blog post, it’s about 2pm on a Friday afternoon, and I’m snacking on a small ‘power-combo’ that contains 1 herb and 1 spice that are going to work in my body to fight disease, boost my immune system and help support my hormone function for efficient fat-burning and youthful body composition.
It’s not rocket science really, but it does take some mental re-framing and some tactical implementation.
3 – The importance of daily meals containing certain powerful herbs and spices is something you will hear me talk more about, and Total-Access members are going to see a variety of herb/spice combos in the QUICKLY-FIT Rapid Results recipe videos I’ll be adding over the next few months.
The importance of all this goes above and beyond what “having a great body” actually means…

How you nourish, feed, protect and strengthen your entire body dictates the appearance of your body ON THE OUTSIDE.
This is how I’m “looking” my BEST EVER at 50…. I’m focused on my internal health, disease prevention, strength and longevity.
I never “diet”. My private clients are never “on a diet”.
We have shifted out minds into the right place and we make decisions based on our values, intentions and our greater purposes in LIFE.
We do not let ourselves remain victims of societal influence and cultural norms that are slowly diseasing the masses and killing the “unaware” with health conditions that are mostly avoidable and also easily reversible, if proper action is taken fast enough.

Then take care of it as if you truly mean it. No more lying to yourself, no more “BS”, no more lack of self-care…
Declare what you want – and then start taking the right actions – and NEVER stop.

Hi Joey,
I was always quite fit. I love exercising either it is aerobics, swimming, callanetics, yoga or pilates I will do it.I have been reading your posts since 2013 and when I joined I was following your naked beauty program. It was all going well but then I had 3 kids one by one-they are now 5 years, 3 years and a little one is 9 months and It is now very difficult to come back to my previous body. I couldn’t do anything demanding between the pregnancies as i started to have hip and back problems. I am now 42 and although I am not overweight I dont like what I see. I know that deep gentle exercise is the way forward and although I eat healthy, some nutrition tips would definitely help. But most of all the encouragement of being a part of a group and following a programme which will give the desired results. I am so time constrained and its difficult to find time for myself. But if its a group where I have to attend that would definitely help. So therefore please count me in!

I’m getting in touch from New Zealand. A few years ago, I came across your SYMULAST method and can confirm it does work and, quite simply put, I’d love to get more of workouts and plans that work. I’ve always gone to the gym and had some good trainers over the years but I’ve always had to piece the ideal approach together for myself. Good workouts, but no concept of truly healthy eating or vice versa, and so on. I believe that your programme is finally the whole package, a holistic approach.
I also like the fact that you don’t support high-intensity stuff. I think exercise (and eating habits!) should come from a place of self-love and -respect and HIT seems to be like punishment (as are diets)!
I had my first baby 7 years ago and 18 months later gave birth to twins. It’s amazing what the body can do, but I also have reached my limits and often suffer from lower back pain. I believe, with the right training I can overcome anything and my gut feeling tells me, you might just be the one. So please note my interest for the 8-week programme! Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hello! Iāve been following you from my couch for a long time. I read/watch your posts. Iām not happy with my body. Since having a brain tumor, I get dizzy at times and literally tip over. I gave up on exercising and it was the worst thing I could have done. Iām ready to get it together; however I desperately need your help and motivation!! Private or group preferred.
