Weekly Workout Wisdom
The key to achieving personal fitness success and maintaining it over the course of your lifetime is by fail-proofing and fool-proofing your overall fitness program…
This means fail-proofing and fool-proofing your exercise method, your nutrition habits and your mindset.
In today’s Weekly Workout Wisdom Video I mostly focus on the exercise part – BUT, the same can be applied to your nutrition habits and your mindset (these are the CRITICAL pieces I help people with when I’m doing personal 1-on-1 coaching, whether it be long-distance, or in person)
Now you can click play to get the goods:
To Summarize:
Fail-proof by simplifying things. NOT making things complex or more complicated…. SIMPLIFICATION brings profound benefits.
Fool-proof by not taking advice from fools. Truth is there are a lot of awesome fitness pros and mindset coaches. However the marketplace is being flooded with overnight social media stars with great bodies and great looks… BUT, lacking the experience, the deep knowledge and the WISDOM that only comes with time and living through life, helping others from all walks and also by being down and out – only to have to find your way back to personal victory…
That combo develops empathy – and true understanding. Only with those can we effectively help others both for the short-term and the long…
I’m thankful you’re here and grateful you give my “rough around the edges” material a space in your mind and in your life.
Reach out if you’re in need of direct help from me to get you where you need and deserve to be…
I have 1-or long-distance coaching posts opening in about 2-3 weeks – and I can get you on the waiting list for one of those spots. It’s the perfect time of year and even more, it’s the perfect time of your life to do the right thing for yourself.

Thank you for being honest and speaking for older, middle aged people . I like your down to earth, no frills approach.
The hardest part of keeping in shape for me is finding time, and having the energy.
I am 41, with a rare autoimmune disease of the hypothalamus, that keeps me chronically dehydrated and disrupts my sleep pattern. I get worn out very easily. After age 30, I also developed Lupus.
You are helping me get back into shape because you show me that I can. I was very fit in my teens and twenties, but once Lupus set in, I slowed down tremendously, due to lack of energy, and sun sensitivity.
Thanks so much for your help.
