Can you use some daily fitness inspiration and fuel for motivation a few times a week?
Let me know if this helps…
The Daily Commitment to Proper Fitness requires fuel for motivation, inspiration, pre-planning and continuous dedication. And mind you – if you don’t “dedicate” yourself to a sensible approach to health and fitness – then you are sadly dedicating yourself to a painful life of higher risk of medical problems, early disease, premature aging, loss of valuable “mojo”, and a life lived at far less than 100% capacity…
Not a wise way to live the gift of life…
No matter which way you try to excuse yourself, it’s simply a choice. We all make it. A few make it in favor of a life well lived – and most others make the choice in favor of self neglect, self abuse and slow self destruction… In essence, “slow suicide”.
My primary mission, the reason why I’m “here” is to get you to make the more challenging, yet MOST rewarding choice – to follow a path similar to mine…
YOUR version of the wise path…
So, I recorded yet another daily fitness summary to give you an overview of how some of my days are structured in order to maintain the levels of health and fitness I value.
This is a simple example that anyone can follow, no matter your age or your fitness level, to create your own daily habit system, that can be flexible from day to day and shift when needed.
Just comment below and let me know your thoughts, feedback, questions…
Bottom Line: Would more of these each week be helpful to you in some way?
Would adding more to them be even more helpful?
If so – what would like me to add?

I like your routines, however, their may be more people like myself that have certain handicaps or a particular disease or a certain age that limits or creates restrictions on what they can do. For example, I have fibromyalgia which cause a lot of body muscle aching with most activities .I also have some neuropathy in my toes which limits my walking and no running, etc. I realize I need to do some physical activity, but it is so frustrating when seeing/watching people without restrictions doing your routines, etc.

Hi Charlie – and thanks for posting.
The key for you and other people in your situation would be to ask your specialists for more guidance and resources on proper exercise that is modified to account for your specific abilities and goals.
In the past, when working one on one with clients – it was easy for me to be involved with doctors in order to co-create a plan that would work safely for the person of focus.
Are you working with specialist who have a progressive nature and are willing to venture into the fitness area of “proactive health improvement” beyond the norm?

Joey,
Thank you for what you are doing to help and inspire people. I think it would be extremely helpful if you would mention what you are putting into your body daily; portion sizes for your body, and how many grams of each macro you are consuming throughout the day. I am in school to become a dietitian and I know everyone has different needs. However, if people saw how you were eating it might give them an idea of what is actually healthy to consume.
Thank you for your time & dedication!
Very respectfully,
Angelica Cavanaugh

Hi Angelica – and thanks for posting this input!
Yes, I agree, and have intentions of doing more of exactly this… The key is for me to make it an ‘efficient process’ 🙂 …as doing all this information creation takes a LOT of time…
I’m working on a few ways to add the nutrition sharing at least a few times a week, not only to help people see a realistic example of proper eating – but also to inspire people *long-term* to show them how to continue doing it FOR LIFE (how to ‘stick with it’) 🙂
Cool?

Hi Joey I am from Canada so in my whole life I struggled with cellulite and I still have lots of cellulite I was searching on Google for how to get rid of cellulite and then I found your program and that gives me hope I tried so many things and it didn’t help it would for me like a dream come true if I could get rid of my cellulite I never wear shorts or a short skirt because I am ashamed off my lower body, so you send me 6 videos and I don’t know which one I should use just for to get rid of my cellulite.
Joey Atlas says
You’re talking about the free FIT for LIFE program videos right? (not the NB/SYMULAST Method)…
If so, do one video each day, and keep repeating the cycle. Work your whole body to make the changes happen faster. Plus your whole body needs proper exercise, not just the visible problem areas.
Be sure to get your doctor’s clearance for exercise.
Got it?
Joey 🙂

I’m not sure what it was what I bought I know that I bought it for $60 and I thought it was the DVDs but it doesn’t matter as long as I have the exercises.
Joey Atlas says
Sounds good Tina! You can access all the Free series here: https://thejoeyatlas.com/fit-for-life-dashboard/ (both the beginner and Intermediate) and if you scroll down a little you see ‘Next Page’ for the rest of the video that you don’t see on the first page.
Keep me posted!
