In regards to it being too easy for you – that’s awesome. Here’s what to do. Sign up for the free FIT for LIFE video series on this site. You get 14 videos over the next 6 days. 2 of them are specifically lower body.
You can combine them with Naked Beauty or alternate those on their own. To clarify:
NB 1x [plus] Lower-Body Level 1 part A [plus] Lower-Body Level 1 part B
Or you can do NB 3x one day – then 2 days later do Lower-Body Level 1 part A [plus] Lower-Body Level 1 part B
Etc…
And if THAT’s too easy – let me know – I have more 🙂

When you say “trying to get rid of the cellulite on my lower body” please give me specific details of exactly what you mean and what result you want.

Hi Joey.
I have just started with the programs about 2 weeks ago, I am already starting to notice a difference and more muscle tone which is great!
In the past I have tried all kinds of leg workout programs, weights, going to the gym, jogging, and unfortunately nothing has worked, or even come close to getting rid of cellulite. They’ve all been workouts that have gone at a faster pace than your workouts, so am really surprised at how much you notice the burn in the muscles when you work slower.
I have probably had cellulite on the lower body for about 20 years now. I am now 42, so quite a long time. Nothing has worked in the past, so pretty happy that I am already noticing a difference. I have cellulite on the inner and outer thighs, back of thighs and butt. It is not severe by any means, when I sit down you don’t notice it. I don’t need to lose weight as I weigh 125 pounds, so results I am looking for is to just reduce the cellulite and build muscle tone in the lower body.

Everything you say doesn’t surprise me (as you already know, it’s what I talk about and illustrate in the hand drawn cellulite video)
So here’s my next question:
What has your plan/routine looked like for the first 2 weeks? Only NB every other day, things/bonus videos in between? ULBHTM any where in there? etc..?

I work out with your videos 3 days a week, with a day off in between. For the first week I did the ULBHTM, and the second week I did the Naked Beauty workout, as some days I just don’t have the time to do the longer workout. I just feel like I’m missing something by not doing the ULBHTM, as it has a lot more moves. On top of this, I do a lot of walking. I don’t do any other lower body workouts. I am not sure whether I should mix and match, depending on the time I have, or just stick to one workout.

Cool – so, knowing you are at a level where you’re able to do both – here’s what I’d suggest (in order to fit this into ‘the time you have’ on any given day):
– On the days you have time to do ULBHTM – do that (stick with Level 1 for a while)
– when you are pressed for time – do NB, and try to go through it twice (about 22 minutes once – and about 40 minutes if you can go 2X through) Keep in mind you can also break this up (am and pm if needed)
– walking is AWESOME. (I’ll be doing a blog article about this soon)
– try to do the shorter bonus videos for the other body zones on the days in between (this will help overall)
Bottom line is this; ‘mixing/matching’ is TOTALLY ok – even better, when you look long term. So keep it going 🙂

I have had a toned body up until 5 months after my 64th birthday., although I have struggled with some cellulite on my thighs. I don’t look my age. I have been approached by guys 20 or so years younger than myself.My body went from toned to flabby overnight.What happened? Could it be hormonal? The good news is I am encouraged by your program. Sure it could be hormonal, but could be other factors… QUESTION: What were you doing for fitness/toning up until the dramatic change (toned to flabby) happened?

Just working and coming home. No exercise.
Also, Joey, I moved in September and did a lot of work without eating, just drinking coffee during the day and ate something for dinner.So I was wondering if this contributed.

You answered your own question (and that of many MANY women in the same situation)
‘No exercise for many years – and poor nutrition habits’ is how premature aging happens, along with many other ailments that seemingly “come out of nowhere”…
A woman (applies to men just as well), can be ‘thin’ and seemingly fit – and then all of the sudden, everything starts to “fall apart”…
This is basically my life-long message: WE MUST take care of ourselves BEFORE things start to go wrong…
You have made a PERFECT choice in taking on Naked Beauty as a program appropriate for you needs – so well done there 🙂
The good thing is – when you do the right things – age reversing “miracles” can happen.
Create your weekly plan, commit to being your best and healthiest – and do something daily. Oh – and eat ‘wisely’.
