Bodyweight Workout for Lower Body Short Session on New Home Gym

This Bodyweight Workout for the Lower Body is a Short Session on the New SCULPTAFIT Home Gym System 5.0

If you’ve seen any of the previous lower-body training sessions – you may notice a few subtle variations in this one.

For example – you’ll see that I do the single leg squat (pistol squat) using the Independent AV Handles, instead of doing them totally freestyle.

The reason I did that in this lower-body workout was to give myself a little variety, and to show you how the SCULPTAFIT 5.0 Home-Gym System is specifically designed for helping people do exercises that previously required “make-shift” solutions.

Using the AV Handles is just one example of that…. We call it “Intentional Design”. And over the next few weeks I’ll share other specific examples of how certain aspects of the SCULPTAFIT Home-Gym were designed with specific intent – in order to allow for certain exercises and workouts to be done naturally and safely.

I went through this training sequence you see in the video a total of 4 times. ALL BODYWEIGHT EXERCISES 🙂

– No need for any heavy, back-breaking weights…
– No need for high-intensity, joint-busting plyo-jumps…
– No need for hemorrhoid-causing, painful & strainful leg presses on a dinosaur fitness club machine
– No need for any of those high-risk, injury-causing type of exercises.

This Unconventional Home-Gym Total-Body Workout with Dr Ryan Fairall, Program Director at Keiser University, is one that will open your eyes to many possibilities in your own fitness training – no matter what level you’re at.

Several months ago, Dr Ryan reached out to us in search of unique, innovative and progressive fitness concepts where his students could gain experience in the form of externships, internships and possible employment…

We’ve developed a great relationship since that first connection, and Kimberly, who you’ll meet in the video, is our first extern/intern to join us from Keiser University’s Sports Medicine program.

Some important notes:

1 – This entire session was unscripted and minimally planned. Meaning – I only knew the important basics about Ryan, his regular fitness routine, his most recent workouts/activities and any old sports injuries, etc…

2 – Beyond that – it was all intuition and ‘real-time’, on the spot personal training. Having spent the last 30 years in this field, I’m able to take this approach and deliver world class training sessions, no matter who I’m working with.

3 – In this “candid” personal training demo session – we focused on core training and then added in some of the larger muscle groups, while keeping the core involved through the entire session.

4 – This was maybe a 30-minute Total-Body workout – and as you’ll see by the end of the video, Ryan was “WORKED”, and surprised that we “did so much, with so little repetitions of each exercise”… WITHOUT high-impact exercises, fast movements, risky intensity levels or anything that is done in the most common types of exercise programs in the mainstream marketplace.

Rough Draft Personal Training Demo Video and a New Playground Travel Training Example Video

As September/October get closer – we are working behind the scenes on the SCULPTAFIT Home-Gym System Personal Training Video-On-Demand platform for all the Founder buyers, pre-release buyers (pre-release sale is happening right now) and future buyers of the SCULPTAFIT All-In-One Home-Gym System.

We are aiming to “open the doors” to the SCULPTAFIT @ Home Private VOD Portal in September, with a starting library of training programs for the entire family – which we will be adding to EVERY month.

We are developing many, MANY programs and we also have several sections of bonus materials that will also be exclusively for all SCULPTAFIT @ Home Clients

A few days ago, Nikki and I shot a VERY short, VERY “rough” draft example of how some of the training videos will look – and how clients at home will be able to follow along – no matter what level they are or what type of program they require for their specific needs.

Here’s something worth seeing and learning from: Watch the subtle adjustment I have Nikki make with her posture as she’s doing the Band Flyes – and see how just that little detail makes a significant difference in how Nikki feels the effect of the exercise.

I raise that point to highlight what this whole SCULPTAFIT “movement” is about… Yes, it’s unique, it’s progressive and unconventional – BUT it is also one of the few fitness methods that focuses on leveraging the most subtle details of the body, biomechanics and psychology in order to get the absolute best results, in less time and without unnecessary risk of injury.

You can exercise your entire life – but if you’re doing most of it wrong, all you get is minimum results and increased risk of injuries and issues?

However, when you “do it RIGHT” – it’s a complete life-changer.

Anyone who is a SCULPTAFIT @ Home Client is going to be getting the absolute BEST in class personal training and fitness instruction. And you cannot put a price on that, especially when you consider that everyone in the household will have all of this right at their fingertips, for life.

In the rough draft demo vide above you may be able to tell we are testing several video cam angles above and we were also testing basic sound and lighting.

Some of exercise videos in the SCULPTAFIT @ Home Private VOD Portal will be trainer/client, some will be trainer only and some will be hybrid.

And the bonus videos will be a complete variety of materials that continues to develop over time, and help you with other areas of health and fitness in your life.
