NO… no … no. As with all of my programs – you will be able to do this all at home. Going to the gym will be an option of you prefer that. But home (or office) will be perfect.

1 – Proper & Simple Exercise "The ATLAS Way" Your short & simple Fitness/Fat-Loss daily/weekly exercise plan will be mapped out with specific videos in a 3-Phase Progression Plan.
And it doesn't matter what level you are, because I'll have progressions for all 3 levels of students (Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced)
